Fastway courier bad service

I was sent an email on the 17th of October 2024 saying that my parcel will be delivered and it was not delivered. The following day I called the company to out the whereabouts of my parcel and I was told Vincent the driver has it,so I was given he's number. I called him ,he didn't pick up.He then calls me around 19:10pm saying that he will deliver around mabopane on Saturday, I told him I'll be at work in ga-rankuwa so can he bring it to my work place. He refused saying he's only covering mabopane on Saturday so he will call the following week to arrange another date. I called the company on Monday 21st of October 2024 to talk to the manager, Busisiwe answered the phone and said she will pass the massage and the manager will call me,that didn't happen. Today the 22nd of October I called again and I'm not getting any help. I'm very disappointed and frustrated at this point
