Fastway courier appalling service

I was told I can book another courier to collect my parcel,after the fact that the address where the parcel should have gone was closed,from Fastway,today I am told NO this information is wrong. I have to book another address in the same province, even after informing them I am no longer in the province I have relocated,I had to find someone to send the parcel to. After paying another courier to collect. It's simply not there problem.

What service is this?
