They do not update their tracking regularly, you cannot get hold of anyone to tell you when the parcels will be delivered. It takes them 3 days to ship a parcel from Port Elizabeth to Kenton-on-Sea and then another couple of days to deliver from Kenton -on-Sea to Grahamstown. Worst courier company for small town deliveries, yet the other courier companies deliver within 3 days from Johannesburg/Cape Town.
