Fastway Courier agency Welkom

On thursday the 8th of January 2024 i called the lady to check if a certain parcel from CapeTown for my wife is at the premises as this is a time sensitive parcel in the sense of it is orders for my wife she must complete to earn commission for every order completed succesfully. The lady told me to call again at three in the afternoon then she will be able to confirm whether the parcel is in Welkom, which i did and was told she is in Wesselsbron which i understood seeing that i was involved in the courier business for fifteen years. I called again at five and the lady confirmed the parcel was in Welkom and will be delivered the next day which is on Friday the 9th of Jnauary 2024. Friday morning the 9th of January 2024 at approximately 11h00am i called to confirm whether the parcel is on delivery and was confirmed the parcel is on delivery. In the afternoon i called again at approximately three o clock and the call was not answered it went to voicemail. i called again twice and was told the parcel is on delivery and the last call i made was approximately 19h50pm when the lady told me she cannot understand what is going on because the driver is there to load some more boxes for delivery she will ask him, needless to say i dropped the call because at that stage i was furious and would have told her things that would not be good, needless to say the parcel is still mot delivered. i mentioned to her the driver must give my wife a call to ascertain the delivery address due to i do not know which address was on the parcel as my wife relocated to another place in Allanridge and we are separated for four months. This delivery incident was one too many of service not rendered or not interested in the end of product delivery,the driver is either negligent or not capable to render the service or the agents is not capable t manage the agency accordingly. i had to fetch parcels in the past that costed me dearly to have the orders completed timeously. Either Fastway Headquarters must intervene or have the Kroonstad branch to do deliveries in these areas. The Kroonstad branch is more effective and dependable on the day of delivery to deliver. Kroonstad branch have my thumbs up for god service. The service we receive in Allanridge from Welkom branch is definitely up to standard just because Allanridge is a so called grey area for what reason i do not know. Grey area or not service delivery is service delivery and stand by arrngements made
