Fastway couiers joke

I found that Fastway couiers are a joke they have missed two delivery dates and l get two messages saying my parcel is on board for delivery which l am stilling waiting and not even a phone call and if you phone customer care which doesnt exist and any cummication to try and find out aboit the delivery ends in failure l spent about R400 on airtime phoning this joke of a company and l still got no answers or a package
