Fastway corier bad service 😑

I am still waiting for the parcel that was supposed to be delivered lastweek . I have been calling non since Monday. I was told that my parcel will be delivered on 31 February it was not delivered. I called again on 01 February i was told i wrote PO BOX ADRESS. I wrote street names and the name the Department im working for. I am so disappointed on Fastway coriers their services sucks. They cannot locate my parcel.
