Fastway completely lost my parcel.

My delivery from One Deal a Day has been lost. Ordered on 22 September and the item is still missing today, 8 October. Their first response to my inquiry was "please in the meantime can you please send a replacement parcel". It seems I have simply lost out here. My reference with Fastway is Z***.
