fastway claims not being paid out

in February 2021 , i had sent out a big order with fastway couriers. the delivery vehicle had been hijacked along with the goods. i am trying to get feedback on a claim since then. i dont even get replies to my emails and i get absolutely no feedback when i call. i have been going round and round in circles since then. this is absolutely frustrating and time consuming.
