Fastway Cape Town is absolutely pathetic

I am a client of Fastway Durban, Johannesburg and now recently Cape Town. The service from the Cape Town is so pathetic I would say actually say none existent. I sent a parcel to Durban from Cape Town and it was either lost or ****** by Fastway because for 2 weeks no one has responded to my calls or emails (I get cut off as soon as I give them the tracking number). No one except the new sales person Danny responds and there is not much he can do. I have lost a client and my order (over R3000) and absolutely no one cares. Please think carefully before using this branch of fastway.
