Fastway can't deliver

I wish we had the option of choosing another courier. Fast way has always just been a bad experience with delivering my package. Imagine getting a call on a Monday and the driver asks where I stay, he then says he passed my area already and took my parcel back. Promises to sort it out the next day and today is Saturday and still no parcel, no communication and no one answering the phone or WhatsApp or the chat line.
