Fastway Bull**** Mickey Mouse company

Only because I have no choice I gave these guys 1 star.......We arraged courier pick up on the 7th of Desember for a parcel thats in Durban that has to come to Springs there was no update on my parcel tracking only that the adress is unassesable the 13 of Desember the parcel was Delivered and signed for in Durban. I've been calling Durban and Johannesburg depot everyday and everytime they have a excuse (Your parcel is in Johannesburg depot, your parcel was delivered and signed for, I will call you back.. ) and not even to talk about the Johannesburg depot that I can't even reach. None of my enquiries have been answerd.I deal with a lot of courier and never had such bull**** stories these guys come up with.NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!
