Fastway bull****

Iam so ****ed of fastway service is nothing bull****, I was supposed to get my parcel on Monday but till now I haven't received it and their bot/whatsapp service is also another ****ing bull**** service, I called the driver since monday and it's an exuse after the other, yesterday he said my parcel will be delivered today amd today he said his car broke down I will get it tomorrow, what kind of ****ing bull**** is that?
