Fastway bad service delivery

Fastway service delivery is really the worst, Avon uses them to deliver their parcels in my area, I always have an issue, my parcel is sent from Hammanskraal, not sure why, and has been left in the east bay for delivery since the 6th of October. I am really annoyed with the service delivery I have been receiving for the longest time.
