Fastway - Bad Service

Poor service. Parcel was in George Monday. They make use of a 3rd party to deliver where I stay. The courier came on Wednesday apparently I were not home. I was here all day waiting. The courier took it back to George. I had to phone Fastway and asked them where is my parcel.? They didn't answer my call. I had to send them a email and then only did they contact me and told me the story. I told them I will send someone to go and fetch my parcel. Fastway is pathetic.
