Fastway awful service

I have never had such terrible service from a courier company. You cannot talk to them on the phone and their WhatsApp line is absolutely pathetic. You get 10 different answers for the same package querie. They are absolutely useless. Besides their service being terrible their delivery time is appalling. It's been 7 days and I am still waiting for a parcel from jnb.
