Fastway and Temu pathetic
I have been awaiting my delivery from Temu. Twice I got a message that Fastway could not deliver. There is no way to contact them as the Whatsapp service is AI operated giving no details but to contact via the website. On the website, the same AI message replay. You cannot email them, nor can you phone them as you get cut off. Most frustrating process ever. I feel ****** of my money.

16 Oct 2025, 17:39After complaining here in Hellopeter, and by a miracle on the Temu app, my order was interestingly delivered 2 hours later!!!
