Fastway

I have recently purchased items and Fastway is the designated courier company. Two days I jave received messages the package is in the delivery vehicle and then back at the depot. Today a message they can not deliver the package. I went on google reviews and noticed a many reviews with the same issue. Fastway does not answer any.
