FAST(slow)WAY COURIERS

I have lost all my patience with Fast(Slow)Way Couriers. YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!!! My Package was sent to JHB. From there it was supposed to ship to PTA to where I live. MY Package has been Misdirected and accidently shipped to EAST LONDON. Nobody called me and notified me about the problem. I had to call and wait for *********** people to tell me they made a mistake. I understand people make mistakes and i was then told that my package would be made a priority and that as soon as my package gets to EAST LONDON that they will IMMEDIATLY ship it back to me. BULL****! - My Package is now on its way to CAPE TOWN. The customer service is beyond horrible. If i knew that you were going to ***** it up i would have picked it up myself. Maybe its best to ask RAM or RTT to ship my package from Cape Town to Pretoria because you pay no attention to your work.
