Fastrway tacking THE WORST EVER

waiting for my package since 26 October 2021. the total amount of airtime i phoned out already amounts to R550 to plead and find out where my package is...everytime i phone i am being promised that my package woll be delivered that day...i am still waiting...on more than 4 0ccasions the package was just left a a bay and not even attempted to deliver, several occasions it was left on the courier vehicle even when i tacked it at 10 o 'clock at nite it said that the parcel was left on the courier vehicle...needless to say i asked so many times that someone phone me or let me know whats happening but to no avail...I STILL havent received my parcel and dont even know if i am going to...Extremely unhappy ***
