Really in this day and age where the world is so small and business is so scares, one would think that you would really go out of your way to keep customers happy - or at least thats what I was taught..... Your driver Mukhtaar is brilliant and is a fantastic brand ambassador , pity that it stops with him. I think that he should give quite a few people some training.
