Fastaway service is LIERS

Don't use Fastaway Couriers.,they LIE and tell you your they contacted you(since 1 December )for days but I have evidence that they never tried to contact me u til today (4th of December) .When I emailed Mr Price to check they said no they got it on thr system and my parcel should only be delivered between(4th of December and 6th of December).The courier guy that eventually calked me was very rude towards me even if I didn't do anything wrong!!
