I have a Fasta virtual card for online shopping. My 1st installment went of 4 days ago. I've never USED my card, cause it needs an authorization code that I must get from Fasta. I've phoned, no answer. I've mailed 3 times in 3 days. No replies. So I'm now gonna reverse my payment, maybe then they will phone me... Poor service!
