FAST WAY TO BE THE WORST COURIER IN SOUTH AFRICA

My experience with Fastway Couriers used to be of a high standard but lately it become my worst nightmare. If they don't deliver it's easy to say there were nobody there to deliver, so why do you have my phone number to get hold of me , no you won't get hold of me because you got the wrong number on the tripsheet and the right number are on the boxes, or even beter I expect 4 boxes from my supplier, he sends me the tracking numbers, Fastway picksup 4 boxes in Johannesburg but decided to only send 3 boxes to Bloemfontein. My clients are waiting for there products and I sit with the red face, Bloemfontein Branch tells me the box will be here Saturday morning I must send my client there to go fetch it, WRONG ANSWER, FASTWAY MESSED UP AND FASTWAY WILL MAKE SURE I GET MY BOX.
