Fast way they should actually change to slowest way

I spent the whole day calling me regarding my Avon parcel which by the way they were supposed to deliver by Monday but still they are failing to.they keep sending me from pillar to post. I wouldn't advice anyone to do business with them .I gave them 1 star because there's no option for 0
