Fast way rude and useless

It must be zero stars. They keep taking double Duty and Tax from the customers. I read reviews. This is unexpected. This company needs to be closed down. For not answering customers. They are so rude. You ask to talk to an agent and they just send an automated message check our website after waiting 30min for a respond. If you get through on the landline to talk to an agent they are rude, talk over you and get upset when you want answers. They are taking far longer to deliver a package then any other company. Do not use them. They are rude, *****s, and ***********.
