Fast way is unreliable

I received a massage yesterday saying my parcel is on the way I stayed in the house waiting for it the whole day I was supposed to travel from GP to KZN but because I had no one to receive it I stayed and it’s didn’t arrive today when I checked the status it’s says it’s was returned to the warehouse
