Fast way false promises

I am extremely unhappy with services which I received from fast way. My parcel was supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Nobody contacted me since it never made it to my door- I contacted them n requested an explanation. They notified me my phone number was incorrect. I gave them a correct number and was assured my parcel would be delivered the following day. Wednesday I tracked my parcel and it wrote “…left in North bay” . I called to query what this meant and why it was so? A consultant then told me my phone number was incorrect. Another two days of the same story. My phone number was never corrected on their system even after 3 days of callin in to give them the correct number. Today is Friday and on my second call to them a consultant notified me they couldn’t find my parcel! I called back at a later stage after nobody gave me feedback and was told that they found my parcel and would deliver it today. I still have not received it. I requested the matter to be escalated and I did not receive any call or transfer to a manager or supervisor. I am extremely unimpressed by their services!
