FAST WAY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING.. FROM JHB VIA CAPE TOWN TO UP NORTH TO RICHARDSBAY FOR DELIVERY

1 star is to much for them. i ordered a parcel from temu and they normally used Buffelo courier company and no problem with them.. this time they used this pathetic Fast Courier and with a very bad experience. My parcel lander at JHB on 06/04/2025 and was waiting for my delivery in Richardsbay. FAST COURIERS was assigned to deliver the parcel from JHB to Richardsbay.. and they dont know that CAPE TOWN is on the other side of the continent.... the pacel was sent to cape town and back to richardsbay and no phonecall or watrtsup or anything. I do online shopping and lost 2 client because of late delivery what I must refund now. FAST WAY COURIERS DO NHOT KNOW THAT THEY DOING.
