Fast Way Couriers - should be Slow Way or No Way

firstly, they take too long to answer your call. when enquiring re your delivery, they cant get hold of the driver to ascertain as to when your delivery will take place. they don't phone you back after asking a question re the delivery there is a list of the drivers on there web site, its not updated with new drivers you can phone any of the drivers, but they wont give you a new drivers number! when phoning them as to where your parcel is, they keep you on the line ridiculously long, there goes all your air time! at the end of 8 calls today, what's apps and e mails, i still don't know when im going to receive my package! and i haven't received any call backs! if you try to call any of the drivers, they don't answer. They service one of the largest e-commerce platforms, perhaps i should inform the platform of the useless service im receiving from Fast Way.
