Fast way Couriers not reliable

I place an order on R99.co.za online and they sent me an email once the parcel was given to a courier company which happened to be fastway, I have been tracking the order since the 29th of January it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and now this morning I get an email that the delivery has failed. With no contact from their side I didn’t receive any communication from them apart from the delivery failed email I have been waiting for my order for days now. And when I call them they send me from pillar to post with little help I’m very disappointed and will probably never use the services again.
