Fast way couriers incompetency

So I normally order clothes on Temu more especially this winter season, they've been handing my packages to Fastway couriers and I've never had a good experience from their first delivery until now, so this time around they went far I've waiting for my package that has been in the courier vehicle for over 6days now. I tried to communicate with them and Temu as well and I can't seem to get help If my package was still at the depot I'd understand but for the fact that it's been in the courier vehicle and when I contact them through WhatsApp they'll forward you to their rude agents who don't even respond As for Temu, I've complained several times to them asking them to stop handing my packages to fast way I don't know the type of deal they're having with fast way what i know is that Fast way couriers is doing us dirty this is unacceptable
