Fast way couriers are ******

On the 3rd October, I courier the parcel with Fastway. From Gauteng Veereniging to Cape Town, the parcel supposed to be delivered on 5th, then i found out that their vehicle was hijacked. They didn't call me and inform me that, I found out when I called them, they said they will pay me back even now I have not received my refund. The consultant from Vaal Triangle was soo rude to me. I submit the proof of the invoice my bank statements, nothing happens. Now they don't pick up my calls, they even ignore me on their inbox. It's been a month with week now
