Extremely disappointing delivery service

I am extremely disappointed with the way my parcel has been handled. My package was supposed to be delivered on the 15th of September , but even now I still have not received it.

I was told that the manager would get back to me, but I have received no follow-up or solution. I was then told that they could not deliver to my address and that I should collect my parcel from either a police station or a mall. I explained that I have a newborn baby and am unable to travel to collect the parcel, but this was not properly resolved.

I should not have to keep chasing the courier company for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered to my address. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely frustrating.
