Fast way courier sucks big big time

My parcel was sent on monday on Tuesday when I tracked it they said my parcel is on a delivery car on its way to me, Wednesday I call again and I was told the driver ran out of time an could not deliver but he will deliver which he never did on Thursday I get a missed call to which I immediately responded to and I was to that the driver wanted to deliver my parcel as he was in my area but has already left because he couldn’t find me on the line. I ask them that can the driver please ensure delivery on Friday and they agreed.on Friday I call again and the lady I spoke to said it is on its way and I told her that’s what I’ve been told from Tuesday, I ask for the driver’s number she refused told me she would call me back to which she did, upon answering she says my parcel doesn’t have a delivery address then I asked where was the driver the previous day cause I was told he was in my area but has already left that’s when she offered me the driver’s number. When I called him he knows nothing about the fact that he was in my area the previous day. In the afternoon again I called him to find out time of delivery he said he would call where he is nearby I ended up telling him to meet me somewhere just so that I can get my parcel today
