Fast way courier services

Been waiting a month and 2 weeks for a parcel that was suppose to be delivered in February. I have been calling, Whatsapps and emails no response what so ever, just Whatsapp from the guy that said my parcel was on its way but never arrived bunch of messages and false promises but no one gets back to you I have tracked parcel but no one gets back to me. This parcel cost me more money than the delivery fee now. And stil no response or no one can tell me where my parcel is. Fast way is really not a good name for your company name it should be false delivery services. With your slogan as we take your money and parcel and no service at all. Parcel takes 5 -7 years for delivery. I'm really fed up with this company never never again that's for sure.
