Fast way courier service

Pls change your name because there is nothing fast about your services. It took 1 week from Durban to Richard's bay to get here but still it too 2 days to get from office to my home which is 4 kms but still didn't deliver. They are so disorganized in Richard's bay, so lost, no idea who who in the zoo. I will never use such incompertant people.
