Fast way courier bad customer service

Hi I was send a diplomatic package they called and to confirm my details and to inform me that my package has arrived at the cape town airport. They've told me to pay R2500 for them to deliver. When I called the customer care in they didn't want to assist me; nor enquire from their cape town branch whether the package it's still there or left since last week Friday I have been calling no one wanted to assist me.
