Fast way courier

Worst thing ever. My order was from Midrand to Pretoria Mamelodi east. I paid R89. I got a text saying I should fetch my parcel at mams mall due to them being high jacked. Long story short I have to catch a taxi to fetch my parcel while I paid delivery. Told them I don’t stay near mams mall I used my home address since I’m always not around. They said they are returning my order to Midrand after waiting more than 2 weeks for it . It’s been 3 weeks still don’t have my order the courier guys are ignoring my texts. Businesses that use this company Yhoh we are going through hell.
