FASRTWAY COURIER SERVICE

By far and away the worst courier service in the market. On more than 1 occasion the courier just left the package with the guard and claimed that I signed for it. When challenged, the courier said he did not want to drive all the way into the complex. When I complained, the call centre agent 'Kgaugelo' did not care and said "its yor choice to complain to management" and it was "alright" ............ absolutely appalling service!
