False Information supp**** by Fastway themselves!!!

Had a terrible experience with Fastway Couriers, Pretoria branch in Rooihuiskraal, yes, I drove an hour's drive to go and be delighted with this awful experience. Firstly, I did an online inquiry... which in hindsight was completely useless too. I put in my parcels measurements and weight was then provided with 5 options, all of which included the following MAX prices, R145, R49, R52, R60, R80. I phoned the call center to discuss the various options and confirm these prices and everything seemed legit and in order. Then I head out and DRIVE AN HOURS LONG DRIVE, to go and deliver my parcel at the depot in Rooihuiskraal, only to be very rudely greeted by a lady that came in from the office area (not the receptionist) I gave her the address for the parcel to be delivered. She went back to the office area, comes back and tells me that will be R180, WOW I thought what the actual hell???? I chose this place for their great rates, I was really under the impression it would cost me around R60, as that was the information I got. I told her that that wasnt the price on your website, nor call center... as you can see with the above there isnt even a price of R180, this is just absurd. Her responce, our prices are out of date on the website....and then she walked away and went to help another customer... while I was still talking to her! This is the end of October, how long has our country been in a lock down, using coureirs more often than ever before, and no one could update the website, or at least get on the same page about what your prices are????? Now bear in mind I am couriering products for a business, and was hopeing to find a reliable courier to use, and I thought this could be them, but clearly not, as you cannot trust their website or there employees, what a ****************, no thanks, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
