False communication and bad service

I am disappointed by the service I got from Fastway. They were supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday, they even sent me an email notifying me of the delivery that day, I waited the whole. The dilivery guy called, unfortunately I couldn't answer, I was in a meeting. I got back to them. The guy gave me hell about not answering my phone. I explained I was expecting the parcel yesterday, he didn't acknowledge the fact that they communicated false information to me and did not deliver on the communicated day. I asked when can I get the delivery, the delivery guy said in the afternoon, today it's two days after that communication no one has called to inform me about when is the next schedule date for dilivery. I have tried calling them, my calls are ignored or answered and dropped. When I check on their tracking app they have taken the liberty to say am unreasonable. While they didn't honer their promise to deliver on the scheduled date, the date that they said on the dilivery alert email. Am so disappointed.
