Failure to provide a service that was paid for

Fastway courier Durban, Stay away from this courier service, customer service dept, totally useless, there best line is “ we will come back to you shortly”, person called Tristan, never happens, the driver I spoke with, Sanjay, was rude and unhelpful, I will definitely be taking this up with the company that sent my parcel down from Gauteng. I see numerous complaints about this specific company, surely this type of non service cannot continue
