Failure to deliver promised goods

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday -11 December to an estate in Ballito. I called the driver(Khaya) to double check he was delivering the parcel at 11, he said he would be there in 40-45 mins but then nobody came, I organized a code and sent it to him on sms. I then called again at 2 as nobody had arrived and was still waiting then he said he would be there at 3, then nobody came. So I called again and he said he did not receive the code yet it was sent to the correct number as I double checked. So I gave him the code over the phone and he wrote it down and said he would be there. I waited around all day, he didn't even have the decency to let me know he wasn't coming.waited till 5pm to then realized he wasn't coming and still have no delivery. It has been 48 hours as my package arrived at your warehouse in Durban on Thursday at 9!!!.
