Failer to deliver my parcel

Worst service I ever experienced. They had my parcel from the 10th June but up until today delivery. They write wrong customer numbers on the parcel. And they lie to say they tried to call weres they are lying. I gave correct information still no delivery. Otsile Worst person to deal with. He would lie and say parcel will be delivered the next day. And worse they won't even acknowledge thier mistakes. Their phones are not answered. No more making purchase online especially for companies that use Fastway Couriers. No customer service at all.
