Failed Delivery and Unavailable Customer Service

They partnered with Buffalo International Logistics to delivery my parcel, however, somehow, similar to Buffalo Logistics, Fastway does not know how to get my parcel to me. They notified me of delivery day but somehow "they missed me". They gave no reason for this delay because I practically wait at my entrance now to ensure that I do not "miss" them. It's giving **** or at the very least, failure to deliver.

It is also impossible to get through to their customer services. They are just failing on delivering packages and customer service of any kind at this point.
