FAILED DELIVERY

Such an *********** courier company and no assistance from their side or picking up phone calls. My package has been stuck at the courier company Richard’s Bay depot for 11 days now (status changes to in grey zone to on vehicle daily) — I’ve been trying to call but no one is assisting me, all they say is they are going to call me back and never do. The one time I get a hold of an agent he is so nonchalant and told me he doesn’t know what is going on & I should call the courier guy handling my shipment. What's more frustrating is that I am running a business and these kind of delays have caused distrust and major loss from my customers.

The 1 star review is just for being able to track your package on their app otherwise they are an *********** company service.
