Failed deliveries, Bad help centre

They do not call at all (like every other courier service I have ever used), so they just keep logging it as a failed delivery. I have logged an online query yesterday, to which they have still not answered. Today they made a "failed delivery" again. Again they did not call me so I can actually get the package from the courier when they get here. Their help centre is also ludicrously bad.
