Extremely Unreliable, Inefficient & Time wasting!

If I could give zero Stars, even less than zero - sub zero I would! The worst courier company out there, how they are still operating is beyond me!! If I could shut them down I would, just need to get lots of unhappy customers to sign petition as this courier company is a waste of valuable time!! My parcel has been on board the courier for delivery for 4 days!! Get message out for delivery just to get another message after 7 pm that my parcel is back in the North bay for delivery the next day and this has been going on for 4 days now and then when I called this morning, I was promised delivery this afternoon before end of business and yet here we are again, still no parcel and guess where my parcel is currently?? Yep back in the bay!! Wt?? This company doesn't care about efficiency or excellent delivery service or customer care about proving that they should be around and being a competitive industry one would think that they would want to up their game, better their already bad reputation, seems they are trying to live up to their existing bad reputation instead of bettering themselves and having a happy customer base, expanding but with this kind of service or rather lack thereof, why bother when you just continue to tarnish your name/brand? I did not choose you, but unfortunately am stuck chasing after you as you have my parcel!! Have some professionalism and dignity, pull up your big boy pants and start to make some positive changes, motivate your drivers/ employees so they feel that they want to be the best in the industry and be proud of working for Fastway Courier, cause clearly that doesn't seem to be the case - or employ people that are more goal oriented and driven, because the lack of caring, is unacceptable and self-destructive... if you are not proud of your company or care about improving then why bother operating? Save us all the frustration, and allow other courier companies that are way more reliable, efficient, caring and effective to do our deliveries. Thank you!
