Extremely poor service and query resolution

My order was out for delivery on Tuesday. I was unable to receive the order. The status on my order changed to action required, driver was unable to deliver. This is all fine, but since then the order has not gone out for delivery again (should they not retry the next day???). I have contacted the AI bot, an agent, the driver, no one can locate my order. How on earth did this order go missing after 1 failed attempt at delivery? Surely there is a process in place when this happens?? Where is my order?
