Extremely Poor Service and bad attitude

This is the most terrible experience ever from a courier company. They are just unwilling to help at all, the owner is rude and doesn't even give you a chance to explain, she just keeps interrupting. I phoned for a collection on Friday, they told me that they will collect, they never collected. When i phoned them on Monday and asked them why they did not collect, they told me that the truck was stopped at the weigh bridge, and they could not collect, but no one could pick up the phone to phone and tell you that they will not be able to collect. I phoned them today to do a collection which they did pick up, 15 min later i phoned them to collect another parcel from me, and then they told me that the driver already left this area and can not come back to pick it up, they can only collect it the next day.
